Candidates who wish to join the ÜNIKA family and embark on our growth journey with us can send their resumes along with a cover letter specifying the department they are interested in to human.resources@unika.com.tr. At ÜNIKA, we are committed to providing equal opportunities to all individuals in our recruitment process. Just as we treat individuals within the ÜNIKA family equally, we extend this equality-based approach to all applicants and do not discriminate based on race, color, gender, age, religion, sexual orientation, marital status, citizenship, disability, retirement status, or any other characteristic.
In all our human resources processes (recruitment, hiring, training, compensation, and career development), we do not discriminate against individuals based on race, color, gender, age, religion, sexual orientation, marital status, citizenship, disability, retirement status, or any other characteristic.
During candidate interviews, we utilize various tools such as personality assessments, skill tests, and language proficiency tests, in addition to face-to-face interviews, to ensure an objective and scientific approach to our recruitment process.
Our employees’ performance is evaluated using a Goal and Competency-Based Performance Management System. This system aims to establish a strong relationship between corporate success and development and individual success and development by cascading corporate goals from top management down.
In the Performance Management System, our employees’ goals, competencies, and potentials are assessed by their managers. Based on this evaluation, employees are enrolled in development programs to support their growth.
The Performance Management System and Career Management System are designed to guide employees in their careers, providing training and development opportunities that contribute to both individual and organizational development. Processes such as performance, career, succession planning, talent management, and training/development are structured to work together seamlessly.
Additionally, an Idea Management System has been established to evaluate creative and improvement ideas within the company. This aims to keep the perception of generating ideas that will lead to improvements and momentum for the company constantly active and encouraged.
At ÜNIKA, our employees begin benefiting from training and development opportunities right from the start, with activities commencing with Orientation Training during their initial days. They are supported by a range of training sessions designed to continuously update their skills and competencies as members of a growing company.
Throughout these processes, our approach remains focused on:
1. Continuity in training and development: We believe in providing ongoing opportunities for learning and growth to ensure that our employees remain equipped with the latest skills and knowledge.
2. Innovation and diversity in training methods: We employ a variety of innovative training methods to cater to the diverse learning styles and preferences of our employees.
3. Designing and implementing special programs for different functions: We tailor training programs to meet the specific needs and requirements of different job functions within our organization.
The purpose of our training system is to prepare a workforce that is ready for ÜNIKA’s evolving structure and future goals. Training needs are identified through a thorough analysis, taking into account the competencies required for each position, organizational priorities, and employee requirements. Following this analysis, training sessions are organized, which may be conducted internally or with the support of outsourced training providers.
